Giving valuable feedbacks to others is an essential skill for anyone. What are the main components of feedback? Do we really master them? How can feedback be tricky and counterproductive? Can we communicate in the same way to anyone? What are the limits of feedback?
The training aims to answer all these questions. A comprehensive theory will be established based on the role played. This will provide a clear incentive to give more challenging feedbacks and to know how to listen to them. The experience shows that this exercise seems easy at first but tackles many inner and interpersonal blockers.
